The college director, along with cycle heads and teachers, establishes an appointment schedule at the beginning of each school year, which is communicated to parents (or exceptionally by appointment).

The secretariat handles calls and inquiries on school working days from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The management provides the requested document 48 hours after the request is made.

The secretariat is closed in August. For any procedure or appointment request, please contact the college to set the date and time.
